Peachy, hazy. Musty, yeasty aroma with strong fruity character. A good Chimay knockoff. Very mature tasting Belgian for something that I know was brewed in the last two weeks. This was the farewell brew for the brewmaster who’s leaving Tallahassee and heading to the Alpharetta store, so I’m not sure if it’ll get resurrected or not up there. A fine Belgian.
