Mild wheat aroma with a lemon and light sweetness from the honey (I guess). Wheat is in the flavor as well as some light citrus and finishes with a slight sourness. Overall the flavor is okay but there is NO density to it and it is completely missing they yeast that would really make this a decent beer. Not one I would have again. sneagrams3 (1757), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Filtered with a pale golden hue. Layer of white head. Sweet clover honey citrus aromas. Light bodied and super smooth. This is all night smoothness. Light candy honey malts. Little to no bitterness. Slight effervescence. The palate is quite similar from start to finish. Light and modest. But still drinkable. SledgeJr (2961), Omaha, Nebraska, USA

Sweet, but crisp finish. Fine lacing remains in the glass. Not very much wheat or hop flavors at all. jefcon (1000), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 27, 2005 Light and golden in the glass with some lacing. Gentle, grassy wheat notes and some yeast. Honey is more prominent in the taste than the aroma. A bit thin on the tongue with a somewhat crisp finish. Lots of carbonation. Served with a lemon on the rim of the glass, which I discarded.
