Jul 13, 2009 An orange golden color with a very thick creamy head that sticks around a looooooong time. Aroma has a pine hops presence with some faint citrus and caramel endings. Beer is highly carbonated and really delivers the flavors well. Flavor starts off with some nice pine/resiny notes, solid grapefruit citrus tastes, a great amount of hops bitterness with a very solid malty compliment of caramel malt at the end. Overall this is by far their best beer with a great hops flavor that really stands out but the aroma could do a bit better with some dry hop additions, this would really make it a great beer.

Nov 9, 2006 A light, crisp brown in color wilth a varied lacing that really clings to the glass. Beery aromas that accent an apricot-ish hopcit and warm malts. A soapy, sharp bite greets the palate and settles in on the tongue. Lots of warming malts and a long, bitter finish. Exceptional hops on the palate. A very good, strong IPA.

Feb 11, 2006 (draught at the brewpub) Light amber with almost no head but nice lace. Hops aroma. Nicely balanced malt and hops with a solid cascade hops finish. More of an English IPA than a West Coast IPA.
