Looks pale and if something can smell and taste the same way then this one is successful. Typical ice style beers in that there is a relatively high ABV offset by a dry and insipid finish. What can you expect from A-B but this rubbish? lusitania (10), Texas, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Aug 25, 2005 The best thing about this beer is the easy taste and crunkability. Price isn’t bad either. For getting drunk there is not much else I prefer. Taste is tolerable or more like watered down tolerable. Less than enjoyable palate but a better choice than a malt. | 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Aug 25, 2005 This beer is terrible. It has too much alcohol for it’s light body. It is ok when served very cold. It does have a crisp taste but that quickly gives way to much too much alcohol in the beer. hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Aug 17, 2005 Can. Formed a white medium sized smooth head that mostly diminished, fine-small sized bubbles, poor lacing, carbonated, transparent, and a yellow hue. Corn aroma and flavor. Nothing to remember here. Tingly mouthfeel. gugga (27), Gainesville, Florida, USA

Aparently they all failed to notice the higher alcohol content. Its Bud that gets you fucked up quick. Having said that, the beer has a few good qualities. Its reasonably priced and is rather smooth in the watery tasteless sense (typical of anheiser products.) The color is a disgustingly pale piss yellow and the head is quite minimal. Bud ice seems to lack carbonation in general. This lacking makes the beer seem a bit stale and "flat." The flavor is reminiscant more of Busch than Bud, but deffinately packs more of a buzz punch. I’m guessing the overall lifeless and watery taste is compensation. I gave it a higher raiting than bud because it gets you drunk quicker, meaning you don’t have to drink as much of it...I like that. jb (1056), Rochester, New York, USA
