Pours a very light yellow, fizzy white head. Aroma of lime with faint salt. Flavor of lime and faint salt, no beer is detectable. Mouth feel is very light and watery, high carbonation. Great beer alternative to soda water with lime. It’s pretty refreshing on a hot day....not bad. RONCOD (107), Uledi, Pennsylvania, USA

If you have suffered thru a Tequiza session, then you have had this beer. If you have puked for hours after drinking a Miller Chill, then you have had this beer. I am not sure what is the worse of two evils: the taste of this beer, or the fact that A-B thinks they can CHARGE EXTRA for the shitty lime flavoring in this beer. $12.89 for a 12 pack? You are MFing high as a kite A-B. JUST SAY NO TO SH-TTY BEER. NO NO NO! boomerbrew (54), Texas, USA

That is start from the middle of the grade and work my way up or down. Starting with the aroma, it wasn’t skunky or hoppy (or malty which i wouldn’t expect from a light beer). The smell was just odd. Appearance looked like water with yellow food coloring. Fast white foam that only stuck to the side. Flavor was like a Sprite or 7-Up. Why not just get a Seagrams and 7-Up? Beer should taste like beer, even if its a fruit beer. Too much lime taste for the palate. Low on overall impression. My wife picked this one up for me because she knows i like to try new things. I’ll pick-um next time honey! I’m sorry to say that this is my lowest score so far. The bad part about it is i have 5 more sitting in the refrig. littlecarp (128), Redding, California, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 29, 2008 Very weak aroma, but what was there was all lime, naturally. Typical Bud Light pour, boring yellow with quickly fading head. Flavor was entirely one-dimensional. It was like drinking a popsicle. Not much in the way of beer, but it was entertaining to drink. Thin-bodied. Pale yellow color. Aroma of cheap lime. Lime in the foreground of the palate. Just too watery and the taste goes nowhere. Decently refreshing on a hot day, but definitely not something to savor. TheBeerGod (3173), Newport News, Virginia, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 28, 2008 Bottle at Green Leafe in New Town. Wife got this but I had to finally try it. Not as "potent" as Miller Chill. Lots of cereal and lime in the nose. More cereal grains, and lime in the flavor. This tasted like Wheaties soaked in lime seltzer water, basically. Mercifully, this is lacking the salt that Miller Chill has. That made it a bit more drinkable. Body is light and fizzy. Actually damn refreshing as it was over 100 while walking around New Town. Ended with more grains, seltzer notes and lime juice. Not horrible, but more a lawn mower beer. elihapa (1070), Honolulu, California, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 28, 2008 Updated: May 9, 2009Bottle, from my friend Gabe. I was, obviously, quite apprehensive about trying this beer. Pours dull, pale gold with an unremarkably fizzy head. Aroma is faint, but what is there is almost identical to fresh lemon-lime soda. I mean, eerily similar. Flavor is anchored by sugar, a touch of straw, and mostly a limey-syrup flavor. It’s actually not that bad. To their credit, Bud has made a flavored beer that doesn’t have too much chemical flavor in it. I quaffed half the bottle, shrugged, and gave the rest to a girl.
