Can, from Tesco. Gold, thin shortlived white head and gentle condition. Low maltiness with a touch of starchy esters in the nose, soft and thin in the mouth with a touch of fruitiness and a slight estery note returning briefly in the finish.

Bottled(568ml). -bought somewhere in London.
Clear golden coloured, small white head, malty lemony nose. The taste is very weak and watery, slight sweet malty with notes of cereals and nothing else. Notes of caramel in the finish.

A pint bottle shared with and courtesy of ozujsko, who brought it from London (thanks!)
Oh lookie, my first Bud and it’s not the regular thing nor is it brewed in the USA. Poured a nice orange-golden colour with a very big fluffy white chem head that went away at a medium pace. The nose is sour, lemony and a touch of malt. Three sour smelling crappy pale lagers in a row. Lovely. This one turned out to be the worst of the bunch. The taste is weak, dull, watery, weak apple, weak background hop bitterness, maybe malt, plastic... As pathetic as I thought it’d be. Few redeeming features. Not particularly drinkable, even less enjoyable. The commercial description makes things even funnier. Apparently brewed for a fuller flavour and a clean finish. The finish isn’t clean and the taste could be called full only by someone certifiable. Not the worst beer I’ve ever had, but all in all, a failure.

Can. Golden with a small head. Aromas are soft lemon and soap with thin hops. Flavours are soapy and hoppy with some sharp lemon. Soft grain and corn with a lightly dry finish. Probably a bit better than standard Bud.

Can from asda. Aroma is very metallic, like horribly aluminuim fillings mixed with oil, as you sometimes get in workshops, cornish grainy malt character. Looks not to shabby but head disapears and it looks bad eventually. Taste is a similar bag of sh*iteness similar to aroma. Not one of my better brews!

Can (at my friends place, this was the only beer he had in the fridge). Probably one of the worst beers i ever had. Tastes like metal and corn, very industrial, with a limp sugary, sweet, thin mouthfeel. Pretty bad.

Big pint bottle with finger grips moulded in t he glass. Bought from corner supermarket for £1. Tastes stronger than 4.1%. Quite cereal flavoured. Tastes like a watered down high extract brew. Like a cheap European lager - but at only 4.1%. Chemical, unclean taste and texture. Vaguely disquieting and unpleasant. There’s little here to commend. Only just about drinkable.
