Golden with a quickly vanishing white lager-ish head, aroma is faintly hoppy and malty and the flavour sweet and hops.

Hmm... this is sold as one of the premium beers in the Czech place, but probably the normal Budvar is a better beer. High on the alcohol and it cuts down a little on the taste that the lower alcohol one had. This is less subtle, but still has a nice color and taste and is certainly very drinkable. Go for it.

Medium white coarse head quickly shrinks. Bronze body. Aroma of rubber, with touches of alcohol and hops. Sweetish malty taste with milky background in which I think I can make out some alcohol. Watery and faintly hoppy aftertaste. Unpleasant watery caramel in the aftertaste. I don’t think I need any more of this one. Maybe if they’d used a 600-meter deep well, and been brewing for 1400 years, this would have been better. (0.33l bottle.)

Bought by the bottle in Prauge. Decent, more so because it is a strong beer than anything else. Drank a few once... that was enough.
