| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 18, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Comes as "Bud - super strong" at 7,2% ABV. Golden without much head. Compared to the "real" Budweiser this is less refined, some of the more subtle touches - e.g. the fruity maltiness - disappear in the strong alcohol burn. And the alcohol is very evident. But not really bad for a strong lager. yespr (12311), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 11, 2006 Updated: Sep 30, 200733cl bottle. Deep gold, thin white head. My last beer in Prague. Surprisingly hoppy, bit of heat from the alcohol, bit creamy in mouth. Bit syrupy like some European strong lagers can be. Finish has more hops and touch of sugar sweetness. Hops make this quite drinkable. 2.6/5
Re-rate, bottle at St Albans 2007. Clear gold, lasting white head. Slight bock-y aroma from alcohol. Crisp. Very good hop on end. No burn, good viscousity. Silky mouthfeel. Excellent strong strong beer.
