An orange beer with no head. The aroma has dominating notes of alcohol, but also plums. The flavor is very simple with clear nots of alcohol and a good palate.

(Bottle 33 cl) Comes as "Bud - super strong" at 7,2% ABV. Golden without much head. Compared to the "real" Budweiser this is less refined, some of the more subtle touches - e.g. the fruity maltiness - disappear in the strong alcohol burn. And the alcohol is very evident. But not really bad for a strong lager.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Dry grainy to cornish with a distinct alcohol presence. Flavour is solid alcohol cornish with a distinct metallic note. Ends alcohol warming and slight burning.

Bottled. Golden colour, brief head. Some alcohol in the nose. Sweet, the body does not carry the strength. Vague notes of butterscotch. Poor.

Bottle. Nice lasting head. Aroma of alcohol. Flavour is interestingly spicy and peppery with a bit of sweetness to balance it. Not much bitterness nor aftertaste.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, grain, rubbery and metal. Flavour is quite much the same along with strong bready hints. Not totally hopeless though.

33cl bottle. Deep gold, thin white head. My last beer in Prague. Surprisingly hoppy, bit of heat from the alcohol, bit creamy in mouth. Bit syrupy like some European strong lagers can be. Finish has more hops and touch of sugar sweetness. Hops make this quite drinkable. 2.6/5 Re-rate, bottle at St Albans 2007. Clear gold, lasting white head. Slight bock-y aroma from alcohol. Crisp. Very good hop on end. No burn, good viscousity. Silky mouthfeel. Excellent strong strong beer.
