Sep 24, 2009 B.B. Bürgerbräu is a crystal clear golden lager with a small white head that dissipates. It has a soft, grassy, fruity aroma that’s slightly sweet. It’s light and very smooth and the finish is clean and crisp. It’s has a very light sweetness and very light bitterness with a grassy, grainy flavor that leaves no aftertaste. It’s a real quaffer.

Aug 10, 2009 Draught in Ceske Budejovice. Dark gold with a tight white head. Neutral aroma. A light and soft mouthfeel on a very clean malty palate and a hint of honey. Very easy drinking.

Glass: Hotel cup.
Appearance: Clear gold pour with a two finger white head.
Aroma: Floral hops and grain.
Flavor: Grainy, with a citrus finish.
Palate: Light body with solid carbonation.
Overall: Was pretty impressed with this one. Solid Pilsener.

Jun 2, 2009 (tap in Praha) Clear golden with thick white foam. The aroma is a bit sour. Malty sweet taste that is a bit watery but has some bitterness. The palate is medium but the aftertaste is too light, some malty sweetness with some bitterness.
