B.B. Bürgerbräu is a crystal clear golden lager with a small white head that dissipates. It has a soft, grassy, fruity aroma that’s slightly sweet. It’s light and very smooth and the finish is clean and crisp. It’s has a very light sweetness and very light bitterness with a grassy, grainy flavor that leaves no aftertaste. It’s a real quaffer.

Draught in Ceske Budejovice. Dark gold with a tight white head. Neutral aroma. A light and soft mouthfeel on a very clean malty palate and a hint of honey. Very easy drinking.

(tap in Praha) Clear golden with thick white foam. The aroma is a bit sour. Malty sweet taste that is a bit watery but has some bitterness. The palate is medium but the aftertaste is too light, some malty sweetness with some bitterness.

Bottled. Looks just like any light lager. Smells wet wool. The taste is ok, but lame for my expectations.
