| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 7, 2009 Pours a light amber. Slight cascade nose mixed in with bread and adjuncts. Flavor is a thin slightly hopped malt forward beer. If I were at a cookout and it was between this and anything else they offer, this is a no-brainer. Not terrible. trayns (242), Beverly Hills, Michigan, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 6, 2009 Bottle. Pours a lighter amber color and a medium white head. Aroma is more malty caramel body. Taste is a decent balance between the two, and a nice robust malty body. A little thin on the palate, but I think it takes a hit from the macro label. satan165 (606), River Grove, Illinois, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jun 1, 2009 aroma of malt sweetness and also fragrant hops, nearly perfectly balanced right out of the gate. appearance is standard for an amber ale, but still quite striking. flavor is of a light peach note from the cascades in aftertaste, but mostly some controlled malt sweetness. i have had many MANY far worse amber ales with much less hop character and plenty of cloying, candy sweetness. this does not deserve its low marks, but its bound to get them from the ’cool kids’ all day afternoon. dkoonce (889), People’s Republic of Athens, Ohio, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 29, 2009 Sampled on tab. Really not a bad brew. Good color, served cold, decent head. Goes down nice, a quality brew by Bud, very rare. milewide (619), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 28, 2009 Amber color, with modest head. Little aroma. However, much more hop bitterness than other Bud brews. ilherps (226), Carbondale, Illinois, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 1/5 | 8/20 | May 27, 2009 For a brewery as large as this, I am impressed. Nice caramel malty flavor with a noticeable hop bitterness. I am glad so many bars that dont stock any decent micros are starting to stock this at least.
