On special at my local, 375ml bottle. Poured light yellow, transparent, little head with hardly any retention. Aroma of mostly straw and some hops with a tiny bit of skunk. Taste is light but still distinctive, straw, wheat and corn, light mouthfeel, very crisp and goes down smoothly. Finish is similar, very grainy and quite refreshing. Highly sessionable, have sunk 6 in a row very quickly. A decent example of a pilsner, fits the mould well. Would drink this often if it wasn’t so expensive in Australia.

Wow Ican;t believe that I hadn’t rate it so far even though i drink it quite often. It’s usually me 2nd option for pilsner when I don’t find the Urqell. Crisp and highly drinkable with q moderate bitter finish.

Comes in a handsome 500ml green bottle .Better than the regular Budweiser! It has a much more rich flavour with a sharper aftertaste on the toung and cheeks, and it’s not to expensive. It’s the perfect beer when you drink it with a cold cut sandwish or with some brats from the BBQ on a warm summer day.

Crisp clean with a nice sweetness and slight hoppy bite. Primarily straw-like cereals. Very, very smooth. It definitely has something. @ FuzzyBrain ’Drank about 3 bottles in quick succession and no real flavours came to mind just a boring nothing sort of taste so a good beer for getting drunk on and for someone who doesnt like taste of beer.’ Love it.

Bottle, Best Western ’President’ Hotel, Istanbul. This has often been a not too shabby get out of jail card in the past, and I have drunk my share of this in years gone by.At least there is something in the aroma and the flavour which so often isn’t the case with this style. Certainly lacking in any kind of wow factor it is nonetheless quite clean and crisp. Any shred of enjoyment was punctured when the bill came in at 8 euros a bottle however.

11.2 oz. bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a small, foamy head that quickly fades. Very grainy nose with a little skunk and cardboard thrown in. Not very inspiring. Medium carbonation with a light mouthfeel. Light, grainy palate that really is one dimensional. Short finish with a little bit of graininess. Better than the average macro swill, but still very average at best.
