Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma has grassy hops. Flavour is grainy and hoppy. Nice bitterness.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy white head. Moderately sweet buttery malty nose with a flowery and slightly grassy hop-character. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Balanced malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness with flowery and herbal accents. A pleasant to drink and easy-going classic (28.XI.08).

Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Sweet grainy/bready malt with light hops. Clean malt profile with grain and hoppy hints. Pretty good.

12oz – Perfect Pour. Gold, fizzy white head. Floral bready aromas ride soft notes of peppery toasted caramel. Soft toasted caramel flavors balance very well on a light floral grassy hop finish. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Super session beer…

Fresh grass and a hint of dark lime rind. Hoppy and green in the mouth. Its a good beer for summer and picnics. Pilsner Urquell pips it at the post though.

500ml bottle. White head, yellow color. Aroma has more malts than hops. Low carb on palate. Flavor is more pilsene-llike than aroma: bitterish with hops, some malts at the end. OK, but from two classics, liked the Pilsner Urquell better.

This is the first time that I have had this, although I have had the opportunity to drink this in Eastern Europe, I have always passed it up. Clean aromas of sweet malts and some hops, flavor is clean and light, much better than the typical lager... drink ability is very high.
