The malt seems non-existent, not even any hints of corn or grain. Hops doesn’t even appear to be an ingredient. It’s just sweet to the nose and on the palate and tastes like an overripe Golden Delicious apple. That makes the beer extremely easy to drink because there is nothing sharp and there is no aftertaste. However, it’s decidedly not easy to drink more than half a glass because the sweet, apple flavor gets annoying very quickly. More dryness on the palate and a hint of bitterness would really help. Body is thin and watery, and carbonation is medium. Medium straw in color with perfect clarity. Quarter inch of bubbly white head settles to a thin, almost filmy layer. Carbonation bubbles are quite large initially, but tiny ones continue to rise for the duration of the session. Overall, it’s not awful because there’s hardly any flavor, but it tastes more like a watered down apple drink than actual beer. DowntownGator (22), Florida, USA
| 0.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Nov 3, 2007 I would rate it lower if I could. Immitation beer at its finest, and a wonderful example of capitalism in action, that is, making the cheapest product possible and selling for highest price market will allow. Acquisition wholesale cost = 25 cents, sells for $2.50 and up at restaurants. Calling this thing beer is disrepectful to the word, and the entire concept of the tradition. latneyblunk (40), Kentucky, USA

Pours nicely down the sink but don’t waste a clean glass on this one. No hop - no malt and much water. I am sorry I every tried this yeast water. scoobysnak (249), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA

This by far is the most disapointing beer I have had from AB. I might as well drink a glass of yellow water. Dont know what else to tell you here but if you are looking to drink in quanity than this may be your beer pumpmaster (480), Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA
