Sweetish wheat malty citrus flavor with some weak hints of banana. Poured a cloudy, hazy yellow. Aroma of wheat, lemon, must and straw. Flavor was heavy on the straw and wheat, with elements of fresh hay. Very minimal spicing, fruit or banana hints. Aromas of dough, yeast and light lemon. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, dough and lemon with a smooth lightly sweet finish.
