| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 26, 2007 Not as bad as I expected. I am a hops guy so didn’t expect much. It was refreshing with the tartness of orange in aroma and taste. Not a beer for a beer guy - but not bad when you in the mood for something different. Kind of along the "Blue Moon’ style. littlefelix (29), Santa Clarita, California, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 26, 2007 The aroma started off wonderful. poured a nice orange color. Very Honey like. However, I was confused by the taste. I couldn’t tell if it wasn’t enough orange or not enough. More would have added a nice orange tinge, but maybe becoming too sweet. But it also seemed like it could have benefited from less orange. Besides in wheats/whites/etc, I don’t think orange is an ideal flavor for beer. I can see where people would get the Orange Creamsicle idea, but it falls waaaay short. Even Tang has more flavor. sliffy (2012), Columbus, Ohio, USA

Smells like orange soda. Actually has a somewhat creamsicle flavor with a malt underneath. Light bodied and clean finish. MacDaddyOJake (274), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 20, 2007 This thing smelled like an orange dream sickle. Aroma was nice, but after the first sip it was overly apparent that this was a beer for non-beer drinkers. Syrupy sweet and just like the name implies, an orange cream ale. Unique, but I don’t think that I’ll ever have it again. cheapdark (2024), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 1/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 19/20 | Apr 15, 2007 Updated: Jul 11, 2008Beautiful orange soda aroma, no kidding. Typical pale yellow american lager color. No head, just a ring around the inside edge of the glass. Taste is oranges but it does not distract from the fact that this is a decent beer. A cool variation on a beer, better than most fruit beers I’ve tasted. Not syrupy sweet, medium dry. Good carbonation. That orange aroma keeps waving it’s flag. I like this, would probably buy again. Finish is gentleman lager-like. Honestly, I was expecting something hoppy with a bitter citrus rind flavor, but this is not bitter at all. This is just plain friendly orange cream ale.
