jaymobrown (1300), Chicago, Illinois, USA Jul 6, 2008 Tasted like orange pop. Really light color -- a slight orange, pale straw mix. Had a decent orange nose, and a sweet addition. Not too bad in the aroma. Taste followed up with a cream and orange flavor. Really like a soda fountain style drink. Not as bad as some fruit beers. Not very bold and a bit thin. For a one off it wasn’t bad, but I don’t think I’d pick up a six pack anytime soon.
puggy211 (336), cordova, Tennessee, USA Sep 21, 2008 Smells like the old time Orange Crush. Lousy label, medium orange-gold beer with virtually no head. Orange flavored, that’s it - moderately sweet, next to no hopping. Medium light body. Not cloying, but strictly one dimensional. thendrix (7), USA does not count Sep 17, 2008 Easy to drink and easy on the pallet with food. I would drink this beer in warm weather for sure. The orange flavor is quite subtle. It could certainly taste more like a beer and not a fruit drink. But if light and airy is what you are looking for then give it a spin. jbuzz (513), South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Sep 16, 2008 Single from Three Cellars. This one to me was more like Orange slezer water with a beer chaser. VERY carbonated. CaryTheDude (283), Ripon, Wisconsin, USA Sep 6, 2008 Updated: Sep 7, 2008Crushed with Jakebra. Pleasant aroma, smells like a combination of Sunny Delight and orange Gatorade powder. Some orange in the flavor and some nothing otherwise in the flavor. Better fruit beer than I’ve experienced in the past, but still not that good. hogan873 (200), Joliet, Illinois, USA Sep 5, 2008 Pale gold body with a small fizzy head that disappears quickly. Fairly sweet aroma of oranges. Other than a lot of carbonation, the mouthfeel is light. The flavor is not bad. Pretty sweet, and even tastes like orange soda for a moment. There is just a touch of hoppy bitterness at the end to remind you that it’s a beer. A decent beer, especially for hot summer days.
