Pours amber with almost no head. Burnt spicy aroma, with a just a bit of pumpkin meat. Flavor is similar to the aroma, but watery. Palate is light, watery, and lightly spiced. Scraping the mediocre barrel of pumpkin with this one.

Had this beer on 10/17/2001. Aroma is a very spicy scent. Color is a bright orange with light carbonation and head. Taste is crisp and spicy. Starting with a medium body it goes down sweet with a tangy feel. Finish is very spicy with allot of pumpkin flavor. Its very flavorful and spicy, a perfect brew for the Fall season.

Bottle: pours a cloudy, light orange color, aroma of pumpkin which is kinda rare for the pumpkin beers I’ve tried so far since they are usually loaded with some other spice that overpowers everything esle, also has some weaker spice aroma, it actually reminds me a lot of the smell of my grandma’s pumpkin pie, taste is a big letdown, it is watery and thin and and somewhat citrusy. Not worth buying ever again.

Nice ’fresh cut’ pumpkin taste with a hint of nutmeg on the end. A tad watery. Not a bad pumpkin seasonal at all.

Saw this for the 1st time in the area yesterday and decided to pick it up. Clear medium to dark orange color with light head. Smell is nicely aromatic pumpkin and spices and is very pie like. Flavor is nicely of pumpkin, with a solid spiced flavor in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is somewhat thin, and average. Nothing too outstanding, but I find this to be a pretty decent pumpkin beer all around. I’d prefer a touch more sweetness, but as it stands, its ok.

Considerably better than their Orange Blossom, this still isn’t a beer that I would recommend to someone wanting to try a pumpkin brew. It pours a pale, clear orange with a thin beige head of tiny bubbles. On the nose are pumpkin, nutmeg, cloves and faint cinnamon, along with an odd phenolic note. Light to medium-bodied with tongue-coating carbonation, it finishes crisp and slightly dry at the conclusion. The flavor is of pumpkin and a big hit of allspice (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves) finishing fairly short with a mildly spicy aftertaste. It’s not a bad beer but it’s a bit too heavy on the spices for my taste, causing it to suffer in the "drinkability" factor.

Pours an orange color with very small fizzy head which disappears to nothing. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, spice, and a bit of grainy malt. Flavor is bland pumpkin and clove. Pretty watery.

From the bottle. Pours amber hue with aroma of spice and cloves. Flavor is subtle pumpkin and spice. Score seems a bit low, as this is a clean, decent beer, that has a lightness and spice and body that is a good transition from Summer to Fall.
