Smell of pumkin, cinamon spice, minor hops, ginger and a touch of citrus? Taste of tea, cinamon pumpkin and tobacco. Bitterness dissapears way too fast. scraff (1942), Baltimore, Maryland, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 20, 2006 Clear sparkling amber, fizzy light tan head. Nose was filled with notes of warm pumpkin pie and cinnamon. Spicy flavors of cinnamon, pumpkin, vanilla, and hints of earth are found within. Light bodied and thin, medium carbonation, dry pumpkinny finish. Kind of artificial tasting and not one of the better renditions I’ve had... Glamdring (14), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 19, 2006 Orange color with fizzy head. Noticable aroma of spices, reminds me of fall. Initial strong taste of nutmeg and some pumpkin. This was my first pumpkin beer and I found the taste quite unique. Can’t imagine drinking more than 1 or 2 at a time, but overall pretty good. Great aroma, strong on the nutmeg and pumpkin, smelled as soon as I opened the bottle. Small fizzy white head that quickly dissipated. Flavor of pumpkin with nutmeg, and cinnamon in the middle. Def. a Veggie taste, not over spiced for me at all. I think the flavors mesh well. Thin bodied, light. Carbonation good. Very drinkable, I can see having a few of these. Flavors are more of the same. Light bodied. Interesting, but not my favorite style. IdahoBeer (11), Boise, Idaho, USA

Poured orange color with a medium fizzy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate nutmeg pumpkin aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet short finish. chimpscampee (556), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
