Most delicious beer i’ve ever had, a normal but very good beer taste with a hint of almost pumpkin pie flavor, simialer to the smell only the smell has a much stronger pumpkin pie smell, Not a very strong Ale flavor at all, and not a very strong beer flavor it tastes like it’s 2% alcahol when its realy 5%, further more the smoothest beer ive ever had it runs about 7 bucks for a 6 pack so its a bit expensive but other than that perfect.

I love this beer. This is one of my favorites. It has a great aroma, nice color, and it tastes great. Very mild, not strong at all, and the spices aren’t too overpowering. It’s a shame that it’s seasonal. I look forward to this coming back in the fall! Will be on the lookout for it, I heard it’s already on the shelves in costplus.

Good stuff, not overly sweet but no bitterness. I like it I wish it was a little more pumpkiny but it has the spices just right. Very complex it has hints of nutmeg allspice, cinniman, even pumkin(lol) Anyhow this is a great brew but a little thicker and more pumpkimy would make it great. It may be a little off puting to some but I like unusuall beer.

Can I just say...wow!?!? This tastes like pumpkin pie in a bottle, with lots of spices.

This is what all bottled pumpkin beers wish they could taste like. The nutmeg and pumpkin flavors are in perfect balance, with a touch of bitter hops rather than the sickeningly sweet finish you find in most other pumpkins. Thin in texture, yet the spices warm it up nicely. Compared to all beers, it doesn’t rate so highly, but for what it claims to be--and what it is, I find it superior in its subcategory.

this is one of my favorite pumpkin ales. With a smooth, sweet taste and spicy but soft smell, I can’t get enough.

Nice spicy aroma and a lovely golden autumn color. Taste like a pumpkin pie flavored beer. I normally don't like flavored beers, but the pumpkin spice flavors blend well with the beer. Not much head on this beer but it taste great.

It’s funny how when I see it in the stores, it just starts to feel like autumn and when I crack it open, it immediately makes it autumn and takes me back to my college days. I hope my wife doesn’t read this review but you know how something just evokes a thousand memories - of crossing the San Mateo bridge in my old top down Jeep to see my girlfriend at CSU Hayward (oh, sorry - CSU East Bay now). I can taste the salt air from the marshes and then picking up at her place behind the school, nestled in woods like it’s Truckee or something. While Hayward was all 1960’s strip mall falling apart, there was that one cozy place - Buffalo Bill’s - great fresh beer of every kind - stout, pale ale but pumpkin was always worth waiting for. It was like if we could down a few more, we could hold off winter - and then of course, we moved on - she got a great job offer back East and then Germany - she still emails me asking if I still go to Buffalo Bill’s - I do but don’t hate me, I never take the wife, I just go with my buddies and pumpkin ale takes me back - they got a great clean tasting and unique flavor down - I’ve tried others but it’s no pumpkin ale from Buffalo Bill’s.
