smith4498 (413), Miami, Florida, USA Oct 7, 2008 Pours clear amber with off white head. Smells like pumpkin pie. Flavors of pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg). Medium body with fizzy carbonation.
noncaloric (200), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Nov 28, 2008 Pours hazy orange, medium white head, spotty lace. Very nice on the aroma, spices, pumpkin, strong earthy elements. Flavor follows the aroma, pumpkin pie spices, earth, squash, but then goes off in the finish, stale biscuit, sour and metallic. Medium bodied, refreshing and drinkable. dai1005a (8), Havre de Grace, Maryland, USA does not count Nov 21, 2008 great pumpkin and spice aromas upon opening. pours orange brown. taste just like pumpkin pie but with more spice. somewhat watered down but very smooth drinkability. bconley (82), Fern Park, Florida, USA Nov 20, 2008 12 oz Bottle. Orangey pour, white head. Smelled alot better than it tasted. Cinnamon hints, with alspice and nutmeg. When I tasted it, it was kinda like having water when you thought you had Sprite....big let down....Probably won’t have this again. rkuhnel (1199), Eureka, California, USA Nov 19, 2008 Part of big pumpkin ale tasting I did at Halloween. This poured orange with a tiny white head. Light nose of pumpkin and some cinnamon and nutmeg. Very light mouthfeel and not much real flavor. Not my favorite by a long shot. danielcurtis81 (262), San Diego, California, USA Nov 19, 2008 Bottle. Pours a pale orange with a small amount of white head and slow flowing bubbles. Cinnamon, nutmeg and yeast on the nose. Spices, cinnamon and sugar, creamy pumpkin and nutmeg tastes. Very sweet on the entry. Light in mouth almost watery but smooth. Better as it warms. A decent pumpkin ale.
