Oct 12, 2009 Arrived a very clear, pale yellow color with a big white head that quickly fell. Aroma had a slight lemon, light grainy and stronger than normal yeasty note. Flavor has an overall yeasty note, slightly dry, lemon sweet ending (like lemon meringue flavor), slightly bready overall. Smooth texture, moderate body, low lacing. Overall a good brew but this batch had a semi-heavy yeasty character to it for the blonde styling.

May 29, 2009 Enjoyed at the brewpub. A golden beer with little head or carbonation. Aroma and flavor is faint malt and grain. My least favorite of the sampler.

Apr 2, 2009 On tap at Buffalo Brewing Co. Semi hazy golden yellow with next to no head. Aroma of malt, grain and mild fruit Taste of fruit, sweet malt and light hops. Lively body leads to a clean and dry finish.

Feb 23, 2009 The body was a deep lightly hazy gold. A light white head on top. The aroma was socks with some cantaloupe. The taste was more cantaloupe with some grainy notes. A little bit of green wood.

Jul 31, 2008 Golden yellow pour with a tiny white bubbly head. Musty, had a nose like a loaf of bread that had been left out on the table for a few days. Clean on the palate, with a sweet maltiness and some herbal hop bitterness.

Apr 18, 2008 Pours yellow / gold with a white head. The aroma is musty and malty with light spice and comes off fairly clean. Medium body, but not nearly has crisp as normal for the style. Starts off malty with some creaminess and some hop spice. The finish has a milky aspect that doesn’t work for me. This is decent overall, but its not doing a whole lot for me.
