Jan 29, 2008 Light hellertau bouquet froma deep auburn body with a nice white head, malty flavor followed by some nobel hops. A bit thin, but a nice example of an Octoberfest, no matter what tehy call it.

Jan 14, 2008 Draft. Reddish brown body, decent head, sweet malty nose. Caramel flavor, nutty, not much in the hop department.

Dec 20, 2004 Updated: Dec 26, 2004A winter seasonal dark wheat beer. Pours out to a medium-dark reddish-copper color with a lasting head with good lacing. It is another brew balanced towards the sweeter malty flavors, and there are lots of them in there. Some light toffee/caramel notes and a nutty/roasty flavor in the finish. Another tap room beer with very light bitterness.
