Buitenlust Dubbel

Dark orange colored, cloudy appearance. Medium sized lasting yellow head. Raisinny and sweet aroma with dried fruits and plums, spices and thin yeast also here. Medium bodied. Flavor also has dominating raisinny-plummy note, aftertaste dries strongly with yeast, hops and mild alcohol, some chocolate also here.

Bottle thanks to markus. Pours hazy gold, medium head. Smells like white raisens, edemame. Flavor is honey, sugar. Okay beer. Interesting.

(750ml bottle) Pours a hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of golden raisins, tea, yeast, and light florals. Flavor of tea leaves, raisins, pepper, subtle apple, and light hops (grassy).

bottle thanks to bu11zeye. poured a cloudy yellow with a thin white head. aroma of butter, spices, and a touch of citrus. bout the only flavor i could get from this one was the nice alcohol spice. notes also point to citrus, but i am probably wrong on that.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a clear gold with an off-white head (not a dubbel at all). Aroma of honey, dark fruits, rotten fruits and raisins. Taste is yeasty and raisins. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel, light carbonation.

bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small to medium sized off white head. Nose is sugar, edamome sp., and some other green notes. Taste is sweet apple with some other fruit and a bit of caramel. Alcohol is very well hidden.
