| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Bottle, 8.5%. The aroma starts bready, turning hoppy and citric. Sparkling, hazy copper colour with floaties. Nice lacy white head. The flavour starts with metal and some white bread. Then it turns more malty with some pepper/alcohol flavour in good balance with a little vegetable and an uncompromising bitterness. There is a good underlying fruity hoppiness. After a few sips, the unpleasant notes are gone, leaving a harmonious beer in good balance. On the malty side with a good alcohol level and some hoppiness. Creamy mouthfeel.
