Dec 29, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a nice creamy and very white head that leaves some laces. Aroma of sweet malt and yeast. Good, solid body with a distinct alcoholic touch. Soft and sweet malty flavour with an edge of sulphur. Very discreet bitterness. Comes out somewhere between a Belgian Blond and a Tripel. 251205

Jul 18, 2007 Bottlw. Clear medium orange, yeast particles, with a average to large frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively.

Feb 2, 2008 Bottle, 8.5%. The aroma starts bready, turning hoppy and citric. Sparkling, hazy copper colour with floaties. Nice lacy white head. The flavour starts with metal and some white bread. Then it turns more malty with some pepper/alcohol flavour in good balance with a little vegetable and an uncompromising bitterness. There is a good underlying fruity hoppiness. After a few sips, the unpleasant notes are gone, leaving a harmonious beer in good balance. On the malty side with a good alcohol level and some hoppiness. Creamy mouthfeel.

Jul 16, 2007 Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is strong alcohol along with yeast, malts and some caramel. Flavour is alcohol, metal and some slight caramel malts. Out of balance and really weird.

Oct 12, 2006 Pale blonde, hazy, frothy head. Honeyish aroma with flowery hops. Also loads of flowery hops in teh flavor. Rather citric with pineapple. Oily mouthfeel. Long citric hoppy aftertaste. Delicious!
