On tap @ Bull & Bush poured a clear brown with a minimal amber head. Aromas of roasted malt, toffee, molasses and a hint of dark fruit. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of dark malt. carmel, toffee and dark fruit with a smooth lingering bittersweet finish.

tap at the brewpub. this is a cheese and berry danish in liquid form. pours copper brown with a lasting cream head. sweet alcohol, butter, and berry nose. same with the flavor, berries, and cream. i like it.
