Malt aroma. Small white head. Amber coloured with some alcohol present. Aroma of coriander, fruit, dry wall dust, and other herbs. Poured a clear copper color with an off-white head and nice lacing. Malty and nutty with a light Belgian yeast character. Some clove. The flavor was malty and dry. Yeasty spice finish. Kevin (1917), Colorado, USA Oct 22, 2007 tap. sparkling orangish brown with a bit of clingy gray head. spiced berry sweet nose. a touch of lemon & banana. tastes like like the after taste of key lime pie. orange zest and other citrus, bready yeatsy fun. sweet but still balanced. a bit thick. pepper lingers a while. warming to say the least. i enjoyed it.
