ratman197 (3136), Arvada, Colorado, USA Oct 4, 2009 On tap at Bull and Bush poured a clear amber with a lingering amber head. Aromas of fruittiness and light carmel. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of carmel and fruittiness with a smooth lightly fruity finish. Pawola22 (676), Kansas City, Missouri, USA Mar 9, 2009 On tap at the Bull & Bush brewpub. Pours a see-through, light amber body with a thin, cream colored head that remains moderately laced. Aroma is very sweet. Soft melony-butterscotch malts and light caramels. A bit of grassy hops as well. Flavor is decent. Has a light toast to the mainly caramel maltiness and some butterscotch as well. A soft balance of grassy hops finishing it out. A touch of melon-fruit sweetens this one as well. Palate is light and smooth with a somewhat dry finish. Overall, not bad for an amber ale, but rather unexciting. Ungstrup (14724), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 30, 2007 Draft. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and a light touch of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Oct 21, 2007 Date: 10/12/2007

waolsen (1218), Littleton, Colorado, USA Jul 14, 2007 tap. light copper with thin soapy head. light. floral and roasted malts. a bit week. Kevin (1917), Colorado, USA Apr 5, 2007 tap. pours light amber. aroma is caramel, grassy hop notes and the buttery scent that i have come to know from this brewpub. hmmm, flavor is balanced well with the sweet malt joining the grass hops at an appealing apex. i sucked this one down rather quickly. a bit hoppier than i like in ambers, but a decent enough brew. the sweetness is mainly caramel with some pancake and syrup notes. harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA Jul 17, 2006 A very good amber, that is highly hopped without being over the top with a strong malt profile, that is full of rich caramel. A very tasty session beer! Aubrey (2773), Denver, Colorado, USA Sep 8, 2002 All good and very drinkable. Light body, crisp, and dry in the finish. Mild, yet very flavorful beer that would appeal to a large audience. Tasty hops, however subtle, are pretty satisfying. Some enjoyable bitterness in the finish. A good session beer. Atmosphere makes it that much better.
