Bull & Bush Belgian-Style Dubbel

Deep and dark, murky amber with a frothy head (tightly packed bubbles). Creamy and smooth with a sharp finish. Bitter / alcohol flavors tag team, providing a sharp, bold finish. Sweet malts with a one-two hop-alcohol punch. Some fruity notes (pear, spiced apples). Some sourness and a little tartness. Has an element of smoke too. Some cloying cobwebs in the back of the throat.
