Tap @ the Brewpub. Poured a clear copper-brown color with an off-white head. Chocolate and caramel aroma. The flavor was toasty with some chocolate. Light bodied. A little thin.

Draft. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of nuts. The flavor is pretty much like the aroma with a dry finish.

Draft at Falling Rock during GABF. Brown nut shell with a medium off white head. Brown roasty malt that is very stereotypic to the style but good. Lightly roasted flavor. Simple with very light malt sweetness. Nothing off and well balanced. Smooth mouth feel, medium body. Nothing fancy but well made and sessionable.

On tap @ Falling Rock poured a clear reddish brown with a lasting tan head. Aromas of sweet toasted malt, cocoa, carmel and toffee. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of toasted malt, light cocoa and a hint of nuttiness with a smooth malty finish.

Draught at brewery. Pours clear light brown with a small fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing, spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, caramel), light hops (flowers), average yeast (dough, earth) with notes of cola. Light bodied, thin texture, flat carbonation and a bitter finish. Short duration, light sweetness, acidity and bitterness.

Draft at the Falling Rock. Mildly hoppy, sweet toasted malt accented aroma. red/brown tinted body with a firm pinky thin tan head. Fore is slightly tangy. Toasted malts. fairly estery with some perfumey notes. Finish is again somewhat tangy. Nice mouthfeel.
