| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Aug 26, 2009 Dark red-brown with no head. The smell was like vinegar but not in a good way. The taste was strong sour vinegar with some cherry and alcohol flavors. This one upset my stomach and I think this 2005 vintage was past its prime. God only knows what it was like fresh. This beer was not good and I happen to like sour beers.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 28, 2007 Draft. Vintage 2005. A pitch black beer with no head. The arom ais sweet with strong notes of over ripe cherries and wood. The flavor is dominated by cherries and wood, but with a weird acidity - very different from a Belgian Kriek - too much for me. It finishes with a strong acidity in the throat.
