Pours clear brown with an average fizzy light brown head, mostly diminishing, spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (cookie, caramel, toffee), light hops (grass), average yeast (dough, earth) with notes of dates and toffee. Medium bodied, creamy texture, flat carbonation and a bitter finish.
