I want something light. well, here it is probably the lightest of the bunch. Crisp yellow look clear and small white head. not much to smell of here maybe a wet smell. watery and thin crisp and easy to drink slight bitter back end.

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 4, 2009 Yellow color that was a perfectly clear golden and the expected white head head and fizzy carbonation. It also had the most wonderful fruity aroma. The taste really shocked me, fruity with dusty, earthy hop tones. This was an excellent pils and the Bull and Bush has really been impressive to me as of late.

On tap. Pours gold, quite clear, with a small white head. Smells doughy, with hints at crackers, wood, and corn. It’s a pretty light beer, medium dry. I could use more hops on this one, but pilseners aren’t really my favorite style anyway. Hints at apples, wood chips, crackers, cereal are in the flavor. It’s a crisp and reasonable pils. ratman197 (3235), Arvada, Colorado, USA
