Flowery nose, hoppy, bread dough. Spice-flavoured bread, notes of ginger, plenty of (British) hops, orangezest, nearly tart. Medium bodied, long peppery aftertaste. A relief from the other super-dull B&B beers tasted. ¾ (4999), Colorado, USA

Roasty wood, vanilla, and nutty hop aroma. Nutty, roasted wood. Good overall spectrum of flavor, robust, and subtly woodish. Nice, but not a typical US IPA. Lacking just a little bit in the body. lightly malty (cookie), lightly hoppy (grapefruit, flowers), with a note
of diacetyl. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly
bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter.
Medium body, velvety/creamy texture, lively carbonation. Doesn't do much
for me; light uninteresting aroma and citric flavor. Nice mouthfeel
though. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Clear, deep golden body with a large bubbled, white head that recedes to thin ring. Citrus hops are up front in the flavour also with some floral notes and moderately strong bitterness. Sweetness and fruity esters are more apparent in the aftertaste. Light body with fairly strong, aggressive carbonation. Sampled at GABF 2005. goldtwins (4083), Nesconset, New York, USA

Big diacetyl aroma almost completely hides the hops. Sweet and hoppy flavor had a good balance. Mild bitterness on the finish. Braudog (3770), Dayton, Ohio, USA
