Bottle picked up at Bellingers, Jet Garage, Grove near Wantage, Oxon consumed 14-10-08 Pours murky brown, very lively pour with light beige head. Malty brew with some bitterness, some hoppiness flushes through at end.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Dark ruby, rocky head. Ashy nose with late autumn plums and licorice. Dry and fruity with ashy hoppiness. Light bodied with rounded mouthfeel and a sprakling tingle. Roasty with gentle flavours of day old coffee. Lingering ashy bitterness. A rustic, well drinkable bitter.

Bottle. Hazy brown with a yellowed foam. Aromas are sweet malts with citrus. Quite yeasty with light hops. Flavours are toffee malts with some wheat. Earthy in its hops. Quite traditional.
