Commercial Description:
Brewed with three distinctive strains of hops and two speciality grains and malts, the resulting bright beer is lagered at 0-1 degrees for a minimum of two weeks the malts to intergrate. A sweet malty, german Pilsner with a distinct hop finish, best served at 1-2 degrees celsius to breathe and balance the malts.

Coppery amber colour with a very little head. Caramel raisins and honey aroma, very little bitterness but overall I quite like it.

Pours dark amber-brown with basically no head. Aromas of roasted grains, caramel, and fruitcake(??).. Very sweet taste, thin body with a little tingle of bitter afterwoods.

Medium amber coloured, not much head. Sweet almost caramel aroma and flavour, too sweet, sticky palate. Not refreshing at all.

Medium dark amber cola like clear with a medium small size short lasting head, Amusing roasted caramel honey fruity (watermelon and passionfruit) aroma. My first observation on tasting is where is the bitter? Flat dry ginger ale softdrink like body and palate. Light fruity/floral nectar sweet and faint bitter flavours. Soft sweet soda-pop finish. Disappointing.

a nice bitter finish with a full hop palate, tastes better than it looks, and the aroma leaves a lot to be desired, but the flavour makes up for it
