Apr 28, 2004 Best nut brown I have had. Real nut taste. Nice brown color. Carmel mdoerate sweetness. Thoroughly refreshing. Subtle head. Tasted rather like 4.5% alcohol in lightness. You can feel the carbonation on-tap but not overly done.

Apr 8, 2004 I have to say they did this one right. Beautiful nutty, chocolate smell and a thick dark brown body that fully supports the malts. Finished with a nice walnut-acid aftertaste.

Chocolate milk flavor with a slight kick. Buttery, creamy and lightly acetic. Well-balanced.
Medium-bodied with a dry mouthfeel. Lengthy, bitter then pungent finish. Very nice brew!
