Aug 18, 2008 Draft at brewpub. Poured a murky orangish copper in color with a small beige head. Aroma of apricot and wheat. Taste is fruity with apricot, wheat and some cereal. Nice refreshing mouth feel. Drinkable on a hot summer day.

Jul 27, 2008 Draft @ Bullfrog. Pours a hazy, peachy golden color; light tan head with fine-bubbled lacing. Basic, sweet apricot syrup in the aroma, without being overly sweet. Medium mouthfeel: chewy apricot syrup is the most prominent note; average carbonation; mostly syrup, with a touch of soft, dry wheatiness and residual sweetness. Medium finish: soft wheat husks and lingering sweetness.

Jul 7, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Pours a lightly hazy orange with golden notes and a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of light apricot, Cherrios and wheat. Flavor of apricot, honey, wheat and some other grains.

Aug 24, 2006 Draught at the brewery. Creamy texture, crisp and light up front, then more syrupy and slightly sour in the back. Very good real apricot flavor, rind-like and slightly sour, with a fresh and muddy wheat flavor. Appearance is slightly cloudy, light orange in color with a frothy white head. Creamy wheat and apricot fruit aromas, very well made overall. I enjoyed this one on my visit, but considering how low the other scores are, I may have been suffering from palate fatigue.

Aug 22, 2006 Disappointing wheat beer, way too much apricot in the flavors, it was extremely overpowering, deep golden color, soft white head with excellent lacing around the glass, slight banana & fruit in the nose, fairly light in the body, the finish was all apricots as well, just too much of it to enjoy the beer

Jan 20, 2006 On tap at brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a minimal head. Low visible carbonation. Sweet apricot aroma dominates with a touch of grassy wheat. Syrupy apricit flavor, something akin to the syrup that they can fruit coctail in. Some actual wheat peeks thru on the finish. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel with an intense effervescence on the tongue as the beer rolls around in the mouth. Humm, apricot wheat. About as good as I expected. One for the non-beer drinking ladies.
