It smells of honey and it tastes quite interesting. I couldn’t quite put my finger on what I was tasting but there was definitely a honey aspect and a slight bit of brett. Honestly it tasted like a saison with honey. This beer was well done but I’m afraid it is not worth $16 by any stretch of the imagination. I would love to drink this in mass quantities but its just too expensive and hard to get.

Aroma of honey comes out as well as some tart and funky aromas...I get some vegetal notes along with a hit of green peppercorns. Flavor is smooth with some funky sweetness and a good dose of fruits.
