Had it on tap at the brewpub. Wild nose, sweet, floral, and pleasant. Pretty herbal flavor, slightly bitter, floral and yeasty. Very balanced and enjoyable. There’s the typical peppery, grassy element in there, with a touch of honey and light citrus fruits.

Draft @ Capones: Poured a foggy orange with some nice head. The aroma was some citrus and yeast. The flavor was really smooth with hints of citrus, hops and finishing with a nice honey flavor. Overall, an excellent ’different’ beer.

Draft at Capone’s. Cloudy amber with a large head that was coming out of my sampler glass. Tasted of honey, peppery spice and a little banana yeast. Dry taste. Crisp and spicy finish.

On tap at Capones. Pours a hazy golden orange with a medium creamy/bubbly white head that laced. Aroma of honey, lemon, grassy, breast malt, great floral notes, Saison yeast ester spicy notes. Flavor of honey, saison and Belgian yeast esters, peppery notes, floral, nice citrus notes and a dry finish.

[Draft @ Capones] Poured a hazy orange amber color with a small white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of honey, earthy yeast, light citrus, and floral. Taste of toffee malts, yeast, citrus, light spices, and a semi-dry finish.
