Aromas of blackberries, berries, light cloves, bananas, and some citrus. Tastes of blackberries, light wheat, and lightly fruity. The blackberry was done nicely (subtle and added to the overall experience). DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma was a nice mix of berries with the traditional Hefe notes of banana, clove and wheat. Flavors of banana, clove, Cheerios, Hefe yeast, citrus with a nice touch of Blackberries. Liked the Hefe/berries combo in this one. Nate (2571), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jul 3, 2005 From growler. Mild berry aroma, for some reason reminding me of a Chapeau series. Some malt, worty, with fruity hops and wheaty chaff. Medium amber, touch of red, slight haze with thin lacing white head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Starts with some wheat taste, worty malt, low acidity. Decent sweetness with a hint of berry taste, mild. Clean taste overall with mild astringent berry finish and light chalky after.
