A complex combination of fruit, peppery spice, hops and malt dominate the nose and palette of this Belgian-inspired seasonal. Wonderfully strong yet surprisingly refreshing, this is the real lawnmower beer of Belgium.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge, white head and great legs over a hazy golden body. Aroma of orange, bread, grass and pepper. Taste is similar with wheat, grass, tangy orange and black pepper. Fizzy bubbles with a dry mouthfeel.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy straw yellow with nice fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus and faint banana, yeast. Flavor is very much the same. Mothfeel is light-medium body with high, fizzy carbonation. Overall, not bad at all....

Shared a 750 at the brewpub with the guys. Pours a slightly hazy- High carbonation disturbance in the bottle- with a nice lasting fluffy white head. Nice herbal and citrus hop aroma mixed in with an awesomely fresh doughy malt slight cracker and light spice- with earthy and peppery spice and saltiness. More phenolic spice, light citrus hint, lemon dough, bread, and good yeasty character- spice and earth. Finish is light and crisp with a touch of citrus tartness in the end. Real nice saison.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of wheat, slight orange zest, slight curacao, fruit, white pepper, cloves, slight citrus, and slight coriander. Poured gold/yellow/orange in color with a large, foamy, frothy white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Opaque. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of wheat, spices, light cloves, white pepper, orange zest, yeast, and a bit of sugar. Medium body. Fizzy texture turns very dry. Lively carbonation. Wheat, spiced, slightly citrus finish is very dry.

750ml bottle enjoyed at the Bullfrog Brew Pub. Poured a deeper and hazy yellow / golden color with a large sized white head. Aromas of lighter mustiness, yeast, some fruitiness, and earthy. Tastes of citrus, earthy, lighter fruitiness, some bread, and light spices. Some Brett in there that came out a little more as it warmed up, but overall on the subtle and softer side.

Bottle: Pours a transparent deep golden with a large, pillowy froth of clumpy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale biscuity malts and a touch of grassy hops and mild brett. Body starts with good fullness and sweet doughy malts with some lemony citrus character and clove spice before a drier, slightly earthy bitter finish. Fairly smooth and very true to style. A nice saison.

Bottle via PUB’N. Pours turbid dark straw orangy with 3-finger creamy white head and wonderful head shapes upon repouring. Nose is funky yeasty spicy esters, chessy feety notes, earthy florals. Tastes a bit tart, very floral, earthy, with cobwebby esters, grainy malty notes, and a dry finish. Very unique palate, very fluffy, Simcoe hoppy, floral, earthy, and yeasty spicy. This one is very good.

Draft at brewpub. Poured a thick cloudy (yeasty) tan golden in color with a medium sized beige head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, and bread. Tastes is earthy with yeast, hay, mild spices, citrus, honey and bread. Just an average saison. 6 3 6 3 12 =3 RERATE: 750ml bottle shared at brewpub. Color was much less hazy then last time I had this on tap. Brett character certainly more noticeable. Actually enjoyed this a lot. The first time I had it It must have been sucking just the yeast sediment.
