Jan 1, 2008 Draft @ Bullfrog. Pours a clear, medium honey-golden color; thin white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Light, perfumy and cherry aroma; mild wheat presence; very reserved. Relaxed carbonation; medium mouthfeel showing bing cherries (slightest tartness), syrupy red fruits, and sugar; a slight viscosity, with any wheat character appearing as a mild graininess cutting through the fruit; reasonably drinkable and pleasant. Plenty of wheat and red fruit in the finish; ends dry.
