Commercial Description:
Brewed with 100% Organic ingredients, this golden elixir has a strikingly fruity and honeyed aroma. The palette is spicier than the aroma shows yet the fruitiness won't be outdone. This beer finishes long and dry with a wonderfully complex character. This beer is served very cold, we recommend letting it warm slightly to bring out its complexity!

Draft. Hazy, lemon gold pour with 1/2" head. Yeasty, grassy attributes hit you from the jump then give way to more subtle kiwi, banana, fruity notes. Body is unfortunately too thin to inspire a greater wow factor. Diabolique sets a bar that this imitator can’t quite reach. Still, not a bad choice to pull out of the fridge. Sampled @ BCTC 2007

BCTC 2007. Partly cloudy blonde body with a small off-white head. Slightly toasted bready malts with a light coat of honey and a distant caramel flavour. Moderately yeasty with light flavours of bananas and oranges. Lots of juicy american-ish citrusy hops with a very mild but flavourful juicy bitterness. Belgian Ale with a juicy Pale Ale attitude. Very nice. Wicked beer, of course, it’s a diabolic beer.

Thanks to KRAMER17801 for sharing this growler... Appears a hazy, orange toned amber with a 2 finger fluffy white head that seems to stick around forever. Tons of scattered lacing is left around the glass. Smell is of sugary lemon, orange, creamy vanilla, and caramel. Taste is of the mentioned aromas with a heart of light, fruity citrus that bounces along the palate. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, citrusy, spicy, with light caramel touching the tongue before the swallow.

Growler. Nice fruity hops with deep malty sweetness. Some yeastiness, too. Orange peel and dry hay, candi sugar and molasses. Fruit skins and an herbal tang. Golden dark amber clear with thin lacing head. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Great taste. Smooth caramel and brown sugar sweetness. Fruity funky notes with Belgian ale character like orange peel esters and yeasties. Bit of funky fruitness to it and some nice alcohol warming. Dry bitter after and fruity tangy finish. This is a nice ale with a good balance of sweet and bitter.
