Bottle via The Epeeist, as usual, thanks Chris!! Pours a copper color with a medium sized, dense tan colored head. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, malt, floral. Flavor is again grapefruit, malt, pine, yeast, orange zest, alcohol. palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, finished, dry and very bitter. Very nice stuff, though I don’t prefer my IIPA’s to be quite so dry.

Nov 7, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Hazy gold with an average sized off-white head. Aroma is of hops, floral, light styrofoam, and grass. Taste is of grass, hops, citrus and pine.

Oct 30, 2009 On tap @ bullfrog, cool place. Orange with nice head and lacing. Great hops aroma and taste, citrusy and piney. You don’t really taste the 8% alcohol, well balnaced, nicely hopped. terrific ipa.

Oct 29, 2009 On tap @ Bullfrog. Clear amber with an off white head that leaves some big lacing. Aroma of citrus, flowers and sweet sugary caramel malt. Sweet at first that fades to a strong bitterness. Medium body with a mild carbonation and a syrupy mouth feel. This is a very good IIPA, lots of bitterness with a lot of dry hop aroma and flavor.

Oct 26, 2009 Pours a orange color with a nice white head to it. Has a citrus pine smell to it. At first it has a nice citrus pine taste but finishes very bitter. A little to bitter for me.

Oct 26, 2009 Nice honey aroma, but with a dash of skank. Foamy, rocky head. A very nicely balanced IPA. Malt sweetness and tangy, astringent hops. 4 points! Thanks to Adrian.

Nose is citrus hops and golden fruits.
Taste is dry, boozy, bitter with hops, lacks the flavor from the hops.

Oct 17, 2009 750ml corked and caged from riversideAK, thanks man. Orange tan with nice tight white head. Earthy pine hops with cereal malt and peach pit. Dusty and dry with slight hoppiness, hints of sweet malt and just really balanced. Again, just not really a straight ipa IMHO, but I dig it. Thanks Alex.

Oct 17, 2009 750, corked and caged. thanks, riverside! pours a murky burnished dark ambervwith thick and creamy tan head. huge delectable hop nose, peach and apricot. yum. creamy medium body with firm carb. caramel with tons of the aromatic notes all back on top. mild sweet finish.
