Commercial Description:
This Bavarian wheat beer combines the flavors of banana, clove, bubblegum and citrus in a wonderfully refreshing summertime ale. No spices or fruits are actually used to create this beer, only barley malt, wheat malt Hallertau hops and a funky wheat beer yeast from the world's oldest brewery.

Just a regular old clean hefeweizen. Slight banana and clove finish. Should be served with a wedge of lemon.

Draft. Pours hazy gold with an off white head. The aroma is fruity, both banana and lemon, some spice. The flavor is fruity sweet and has a bit more spice than the aroma.

Draft at brewpub. Poured a hazy golden in color with a beige head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of bananas, cloves, fruity esters, slightly sweet. Tastes of cloves, bananas, mild spices, fruity esters. Traditional Hefe that is quite nice and drinkable.

Draft @ Bullfrog. Pours a very murky, cloudy whitish golden-brown color; off-white head with fine-bubbled lacing; very, very cloudy. Creamy bananas and soft clove presence in the aroma; touches of toasted malts; solid, refreshing. Medium mouthfeel: chewy wheat upfront, coupled to soft citrus, cloves, and toasted malts; touch of spiciness; very drinkable. Medium finish: toasty grains, wheat, and light citrus; nicely dry.

this was an excellent beer. Clean and crisp with that refinishing spicy finish. Very easy going down. A good beer for bullfrog
