Aroma was pretty much just fruit. Taste was overwhelmingly sweet, light with lots of carbonation. Overall not a fan of this, but cider is not my thing anyway. matt7215 (998), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 7, 2009 568ml bottle, brown. Deep golden yellow colour, next to no head but some lacing. Medium carbonation, oily(!) mouth feel. Aroma of fresh, citric apples and some booze. Medium-dry taste of ripe apples, again with a welcome citric note. It is not "sugary", as some people claim - clearly, people who have never tasted any other ciders before (ever tried Kopparberg?). Fruit and a slight citric bitterness are well-balanced, and the sour note lingers, as does the noticeable, but well-integrated alcohol. A real "session cider", if there is such a thing. Do not confuse with the Irish "Bulmers" cider, which is sold in England and internationally as "Magners" - this here is the original English Bulmers cider. Well, they’re all owned by Heineken anyway - but they don’t taste the same - Magners is sweeter! Very good "recreational" drink. PaulHegedus (468), Georgetown, Ontario, Canada
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 12, 2009 Bottle. This is a golden peach colour. It has a mild, sweet aroma of fresh apples. Mouthfeel is crisp, bubbly on the tongue, medium in body. It tastes of sweet then slightly tart, fresh apple with a slight, lingering finish. Cole (319), , Alberta, Canada
