Bottle 568ml.
Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, virtually none apperance, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is sweet sour pear, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a short to average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081231]

Bottled. Clear yellow colour, small white head. Aroma has some artificial pear and a touch of vinegar. Sweet flavour of artificial pears. Sugary and sticky. Yuck.

Pours light golden with a fizzy head. No aroma. Fizzy, sweet flavour with no character. A very average cider.

Bottle (500ml). At The Lord Clyde (Borough). Light bright clear gold pour, minimal head, but good post-pour bubbling. Aroma of a cheap off-dry Reisling mixed with a pear candy. The taste is simpler - weak pear blended with a cheap white wine spritzer. Slight, think mouthfeel, a little sticky candy taste lingers - I didn’t hate it, but it got pretty cloying.

568ml bottle. It’s horrible. It’s like Strongbow with pear. Aroma of tinned fresh pears. It’s actually not that bad, not offensive. Not as sweet as I expected, no bad flavours, not off, bit of sweetness on finish.

Bottle, 4.5%. White wine aroma. Clear yellow colour, small white head, sparkling. The flavour is slightly citric, but also has a little sweetness. High carbonation. The flavour is not exactly of pear, but it is more rounded than a standard crap cider.
