A hazy dark yellow beer with an off-white head. The aroma is caramelic on a slightly acidic background. The flavor is dry and clean malty combined with notes of caramel, but a bit on the light side.

Had a bottle of this tonight whilst preparing the old man’s 65th birthday dinner. Floral nose of yeast, wheat, and brown sugar. Pours a hazy amber. The tall creamy white head is fully lasting with light lacing. The malty flavor is excellent. The finish provides that raisin-ish quality that I love. The light body is watery, and soft.

Hazy amber with a huge foamy white head and lots of floating particles. Malt, yeast, grass, some hops bitterness. Medium body, watery. Crisp flavor with a balance of sweetness and bitterness. Not bad but not great.

One bottle from BOTW. Poured a cloudy yellow with a large frothy white head. Sweet aroma of bananas, cinnamon and sweet malts. Taste is slightly sweet and spicy with a touch of a hop bite. Delicious, smooth, and thirst-quenching. very enjoyable

Sampled courtesy of Ron. Hazy gold-orange, thick white head with good retention. Nice aroma of tea and malt. Superb balance. Tiniest bit of hops in palate balanced the malt and a sharp clean taste. Crisp clean palate, very enjoyable.

A fine Helles, with a golden color and malty aroma. This brew’s taste is very clean and crisp, with the clean malts taking the lead.

Hazed gold amber beer with an extra thick off white head. Grassy aroma and light hops, very campestral. In mouth, fresh malt, grains, grass and hops, and a bit of yeast and pepper is noted. This is more than a year old and is still holding strong!
