(bottle) Hazy golden coloured hue with yeast floaties and a short white creamy head. Dusty and sweet bready aroma with a touch of honey and a floral and herbal hoppy background. Balanced sweet and bitter flavour; rather dry malty, slightly grainy and bready taste with yeast, medium to light bodied, crispy carbonated mouthfeel; dry and moderately bitter herbal hoppy finish. Well rounded and balanced Helles, a Chablis in the world of beer. Many thanks to joss for this one !

Lots of permanent foamy head, creamy mouthfeel medium, easy drink. Zesty and refreshing that went with several courses over supper. A bit of hay and some European hop bitterness, fizzy carbonation. I can drink this all weekend.

LCRBM: Dusty, musty aroma with almost some honey notes. Good malt character, with a suprising belgian influence. Good stuff.

A thick, particulate hazed, copper/brown body under an off-white, creamy & holding head (until in finally separates into small islands). Mild caramel aroma with light cabbage and sharp evidence of hops as herbs. Smooth & malty, the flavor holds light sugar sweetness with a hint of bitters to end. So-so, but it comes off like a malted one-trick pony.
