| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 23, 2006 A thick, particulate hazed, copper/brown body under an off-white, creamy & holding head (until in finally separates into small islands). Mild caramel aroma with light cabbage and sharp evidence of hops as herbs. Smooth & malty, the flavor holds light sugar sweetness with a hint of bitters to end. So-so, but it comes off like a malted one-trick pony.
